Write and deploy the LabVIEW software that runs CO₂ electrolysis test stands.
Proposed and built a live dashboard for those rigs as my master's thesis. It reads the machine as it runs, spots the point where the readings change shape and forecasts against what the rig did before.
Work out efficiency and energy-cost figures from the same pipeline. Getting a campaign ready takes about five minutes now.
Replaced hand-written reporting for an R&D team with a PyQt6 application that writes its own reports.

Took open warranty cases on the BMW and Mercedes-Benz Hermes infotainment programme from 123 into single digits in six months. HARMAN recognised the result in November 2023.
Chased root causes with the 8D method and a test bench wired to behave like a car, rather than fixing faults one at a time.
Wrote reusable test procedures and Python scripts that read diagnostic trace logs.
Checked embedded software and hardware against ISO/IATF 16949 and documented every closure to automotive audit standards.
